 In the ceramic tradition, the difference between sculpture, pottery and tile is often blurred.  This is especially true in my work.  I love to paint, draw and sculpt.  Viola Frey, the great figurative sculptor told me years ago that she considered herself a painter.  That stuck with me and allowed me to seer somewhere between 2D and 3D.
